1. Service

Unchurn ("the Service") provides a hosted cancel flow tool for SaaS founders using Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription and billing

Unchurn is billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. No refunds for partial months.

3. Use of the service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.

4. Data and privacy

Unchurn processes cancellation events from your Stripe integration to display retention offers to your customers. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of liability

Unchurn's liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for non-payment, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
